We stayed here in October and I have to say we were pleasantly surprised.  The two rooms were pretty spacious. They were very clean. There were 2 bathrooms. The one in the bedroom had a very large jacuzzi.  
The staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.
We can't wait to visit again!

I was vacationing solo. My one bedroom was very clean and cozy. The property was kept up. I needed another trash bag that was not provided in the bin. Staff was polite and helpful. Close to ferries and mall.

We stayed in the townhouse styled suite, as opposed to the hotel suites, so the furnishings and layout was much better than we were used to. The staff also was pleasant. This isn't by any means a luxury hotel, but it is great for the price.

I was EXTREMELY disappointed. I travel to many timeshares and I was put in one of the units in the 2-story building and I thought I was in an assisted living complex. The stairs were filthy and had a horrible looking stair chair lift. The hallway carpet was filthy, moldy and old. My bed had a duvet cover that was so old and useless, the inner portion would fall to the bottom and we would have to keep reorganizing it to have some covers. I was embarrassed with my own husband because I was so excited to go to that area and ended up in an assisted living timeshare.
If they would change the carpet, the look of the stairs and modernize it its a nice location.

really nice resort. we stayed in the suit which was nice. Just wished we had a bigger kitchen area. Grounds were immaculate.  nice pool area. Kids really enjoyed it too. A really nice area of Cape Cod. Lots to do and see or if you prefer quiet , plenty of nice beachs.
