Lovely location that is about traditional cape cod. Food was very good,especially included breakfast. Didn't realize free breakfast was taxed though. Waterfront needs improvements.

This is the second year we have chosen the Lighthouse Inn for our annual extended family dinner, and we will definitely keep coming back! Our server, Chris, was fantastic; Incredibly friendly and on top of everything. The outdoor seating right on the water is great, and the environment family friendly (our first year dining out with a family member under one year!) The food was delicious, and we had no complaints. I would recommend the surf over the turf...the clam chowder is definitely tops, too. Just a great no frills, no fuss, enjoyable dining experience with a relaxing atmosphere.

The breakfast is fantastic, you just have to make sure it's part of the package when you set up your reservation. The cottages are cozy and reasonably spacious. There's shuffleboard, tennis, basketball, and even putt-putt on the property. The putt-putt is only 9 holes and pretty shabby, but it's there! There is also a swimming pool if you don't like swimming in the ocean. And, most importantly, the staff is friendly and accommodating.

The location is great; it's right next to the beach. The rooms are in little cottages along the property and are furnished well. My room had a bed with two side tables and lamps, a TV, two chairs facing the TV with a table in between and a desk facing the window. The cottage also had a porch with chairs and a table. The inn has a nice playground along with tennis, volleyball, and basketball courts. The breakfast was quite good, several buffet options and made to order items. 

Make sure you understand the charges on your bill before leaving. I had one issue where I was charged extra money for taxes that should have been included in the price of the reservation. The hotel office cleared that up quickly and refunded the money. Overall, service was great and I enjoyed my stay.

Clean spacious rooms. Staff is friendly and happy to help. Breakfast was awesome. We stayed for a friend's wedding and the venue is perfect. Hope to stay again some time.
