Good staff, meh food
One thing we noticed when we entered was the lack of smells.  Typically you will smell the food being prepared, it's a Char House after all.  The portion of my pork roast dinner was a good amount but everything on the plate was just warm at best.  A bit salty as well.  My son never got his drink, we asked it be bought out with his meal, food arrived but no drink.  Staff seems nice enough if somewhat forgetful.

Great atmosphere. The grilled Salmon and everything that came with it was fantastic! My waiter, Anthony, was excellent.  The salad with poppy seed dressing was excellent. The next day I had the Tilapia tacos. The Tilapia was perfect. With the included toppings it was quite spicy, but very good. The raspberry vinaigrette dressing and salad were very fresh and tasty. The bread and butter they bring you at the start of the meal are also very good.

First off, i don’t write reviews, so this is a statement right there. As soon as we walked in the waitress was giving us attitude about where to sit and her attitude was unbecoming. From there on the experience was down hill... don’t argue with the customer, accommodate their wants. The manager offered us a better seat but we had already started eating so it was irreverent at that point. Bread was good, soup was really good and calamari as well! When it came to my porterhouse steak... horrible. For a $30 steak it was absolutely horrible. I asked for medium, it came out medium well if not well and dry. I was choking trying to swallow it. I was disappointed but my family was eating so i just started. Red potatoes with garlic... potatoes were starchy and undercooked and the garlic sauté... well,   garlic poured on top. Oh and i got broccoli when i ordered green beans. The beans were good however. For $180 plus tip... i was not impressed; rather, highly disappointed that my father paid for it. I will not be coming back after this experience.
