A true casino, large and rambling. Fun to stroll about and watch the people, bar staff is friendly, drinks are O.K. -- it's not Vegas, the food is not inexpensive... the area surrounding the place is very run down (vacant shopping mall across the street).

Worst Rewards program. I am a regular blackjack player who bets a modest amount. and the best I get is $5 dollar free slot play once a week. I've been to Jack casino in Cincinnati a few times and I don't spend nearly as much there. They send me $10 and $20 dollar free bets consistently. Cant wait for Scioto downs to start table games. A Decent Casino would put these bums at Hollywood outta business. They are constantly cutting back Blackjack tables; and replacing them with games that have more favorable odds for the casino. They are scared to death to offer player friendly games such as free bet Blackjack. If you can't offer a fair and descent gaming environment, Get the hell out of the gaming industry. and let Jack Entertainment or some one else take over. The experience keeps getting worse and worse. I would recommend saving your money and driving down to Cincy or up to Cleveland to play at a real casino

The staff are nice and friendly, but the slot payouts are by far and I mean extremely far from the greatest, I've been a regular visitor here and I can tell you the racinos do payout a bit better. This is the kind of casino you have to spend big $ before winning anything significant. They also like to give free games often and very low winnings on free games even on max bet. I mean how many visits and money does it take to win even $500??? Absolutely despicable especially when you've spent over $2400 at the place.

Would rate higher if it wasn't in a bad location. Of all the great burbs in Columbus I never knew why they put the casino in the hood. Could have put in a thriving downtown. Must have been cheap land. It is a really nice casino but it also draws in a shady crowd with it's location.

Have been here 3 times now to play craps, staff is very fun to play with... it's been very busy and drink service can be hard when it's busy... place is very clean and well taken care of... we ate at the OH bar and the food was awesome... actually had the best deserts I have had in central ohio area.
