This is easily the tightest casino IN THE WORLD.
the place is clean, it looks beautiful, the food is good, the staff is nice but the actual gambling is pretty abysmal. You're up (at all) maybe one out of six visits. It's ok to lose money at a casino but not this quick. You're supposed to have fun for a few hours and who cares if you lost some money at that point cause you had fun. All the other stuff is great just not the main thing you'd come here for. Loosen up Hollywood.

Clean,no smoking a plus, great music, feel safe, like buffet, staff always helpful. Feel safe even in the parking garage.

Won money there. Really the odds are no different than any other casino. We also  go to Vegas
And Windsor. Avoid Detroit due to smoking.

Went to the summer concerts here. That was also a plus. But I hope some day they will be able to built
a theater like Ceasars in Canada. 

Only complaint I have when I get free gift cards. When I go they usually have ran out of the gifts.
By the time I finally get to the front of the hour or two long line I am always told sorry. Some of the gifts are poor quality.

If you came here to throw your money away it's a good place. I upgraded to a 2 because they have smoking outside. I gambled like $10 and had a bunch of free pop. Was on the way to somewhere else and dropped by just for a couple minutes. It's a cool place, built recently, but the casino is crooked and from what I hear the machines don't pay out very good because they are still trying to pay off the cost to build it. Entertainment at best.

Payouts kinda are crap. 6to5 on Blackjack $10 min but besides that aspect, i love this place. Pit boss gave me a $24 credit on my players card so i ate all day for free. Dealers are for the most part knowledgeable. All visits have been satisfying.

I have been going to Hollywood since they opened. Finally moved up to celebrity tier status & was receiving promotional offers in the mail for free gifts until recently. The last promotional gift I received was the toaster oven. Not sure if they've changed their policy and now you have to be higher in the tier status than a celebrity. My friends who have producer status have been receiving mailers for free gifts every other week. I would like to know if anybody else has experienced this problem or if you are a celebrity if you've been receiving promotional offers for free gifts.
