This place has the potential forgive very nice Casino but they need to do something about the smoking of cigarettes by maybe having a non-smoking section. As soon as the glass sliding doors open at the entrance you are engulfed in Smoke. They also have free valet parking which is convenient because of the large size of their parking lot especially on rainy nights. The restaurant they have there it's pretty good for $27 a person for the buffet is kind of pricey. It's supposed to be an all-you-can-eat buffet which it is but they limit you to to snow crab legs at a time. It takes longer to go sit down and return to get in line and wait in line and it does to eat to crab legs but that's just my opinion.

Went to the casino, had lunch at the buffet. Enjoy my visit, didn't win anything but had a good time. The food was great. The service was top notch.

Machines are too tight, especially for first time visitors. They need a better point system with more promotional offers.  Seafood was the only food item good on the buffet, and it's way too expensive for all the food not to be hot and delicious.   However,  the staff is very polite and go over and beyond to please you.  The atmosphere is very clean and beautiful as well.

Ate free enjoyed my visit all employees are so nice love the people there don't like the fact my free play was cut 10 a time when I now drive 1 and a half hours to get there won't be able to go as often. For sure it won't pay for gas a producer card sucks now. Used to mean something but not anymore

I just arrived today 4/20/18 to celebrate my 50th birthday with my three friends from grade school. My second trip to Hollywood Casino in BSL. Trip was ruined! My account was charge twice. The staff said that could not reverse it today with my banks fax number even though it was a glitch with their machine. So as I stand in my swimsuit in there lobby on the verge of tears with a $1066 out of my account, I am told to get them my banks fax number & complete a sheet. Not my fault, but I must waste my vacation time & birthday. They smiled & giggle & said sorry. Did they offer me anything for my wasted time because of their mistake, of course not. Will not be back & will post on all social media sites. Thanks for the fabulous service.
