I've come here a few times and I usually enjoy this casino but last night was a terrible experience. My group was there for a few hours just taking our time and enjoying our night. We were all waiting to meet up and leave by the exit. I was just standing there looking at a text when an employee came up literally screaming in my face telling me I cannot be taking pictures. It took me a few seconds to even realize he was talking to me because I had no clue why he'd be yelling at me. He continued to scream in my face telling me I couldn't take pictures. I'm not normally a sensitive person but the employee seemed to be beyond stressed out. I was only glancing at my phone. I think maybe I was confused for someone else who was causing them problems, that's all that made sense to me, but that was honestly one of the worst experiences I've had anywhere in public. It definitely ruined my night and I don't want to go back there. So here's a warning to anyone who uses a cell phone in 2017, be careful, you may get yelled at here!

Pretty sure all the penny machines are rigged so you can't win anything unless you spend a ridiculous amount of money. One of us one $10. The rest of us lost the money we came with. Not a good way to bring us back. Pretty inside though.

I frequent here often, and like most others have lost more than I have won. Always a great experience(other than losing money) and haven't had a single gripe about the place, until recently. My jacket(along with my wallet and contents) hanging on the back of my seat while at a black jack table was stolen right from behind me. After losing what money I was okay with, I went to leave and then found it missing. By the time I realized it, there was a total of very little cash and about $900 in debits already charged. Next day another $632 charged. Filed police report, reported all cards stolen and what not. I just today received a call from someone at Jack(only after calling 3x and leaving messages) security just letting me know there was nothing they could do until one day the gentleman enters the Casino again one day. Still not one single apology from any one person at this multi-billion dollar corporation about my belongings being stolen at their place of business or even what they can/will do to make me as a frequent guest feel any better about the situation. Only words I have heard were " I'm sorry there is nothing we can do, the cameras are there to catch table cheaters not thieves who steal jackets." Mind blown. I am not asking for them to replace any of the money that was stolen as that is what bank have insurance for or even my $150 jacket that was taken as well. I am not totally blaming Jack for another adult who took it upon himself to make the decision to steal my belongings for what happened, but just partial blame for hundreds of cameras and whatever security they may have for not catching the man before he was able to make it out of the building with my things and getting a chance to spend what $1600 he did. I'm not looking for them to refund me money I have lost there, had stolen there, or spent there, but maybe anything that says "Hey, we apologize this happened here and we appreciate your continued business, this is a little something to say we're sorry." Obviously since there are only two stars rated and I'm writing this incredibly long review, nothing of the sort has happened...

Is an exciting destination.  Lots of varieties of gaming. Machines and table games. Great food venues for all wallets.  Remember: Play to park. Unless have a C or K card in rewards program.  Remember to sign up . Worth it's weight in gold.

Went there for the first time in 2016 with my wife as a birthday gift. Man we had great fun, I am not a gambling man, but $50 went a long way.
Even though I'm giving them five stars I personally feel their food couldn't been better, I could have got fast food on my way there.
