Since May, 2017, my 2003 Mercury Grand Marquis has been sluggish with starting and many times, it simply would not start at all.  I've had the Ignition Switch Replaced along with the Neutral Safety Switch as well as Relays, but nothing seemed to work.  Even my usual mechanic was stumbled.   At least twice weekly, since May, my car would act up.  I've spent money, time and agony with these starting issues.

Then a friend of mine recommended Bert Thompson, the Owner of Hollywood Park Automotive.  He informed me that their prices are a bit higher than other garages however, they'll certainly find the problem and fully guarantee their work.   My motto is, "Paying more to get it done right is much better than cutting corners that will create more problems in the future!"

I have been nothing but Absolutely PLEASED with Hollywood Park Automotive!  The Mechanic; Doug, spent some time locating my problem, but once he did, the car was fixed - FULLY and Completely!

That was almost a month ago, and I've had no problems since!  NONE, whatsoever and I couldn't be happier!

If You're having Auto issues and other mechanics cannot help You or the problems are perpetual, get down to Hollywood Park Automotive soon.   Let the experts take care of You, for if there is one thing I do know, You'll be very happy with these professionals!

Without any doubt, Hollywood Park is my new Automotive Repair Shop!

This place is awesome!  I can't tell you how grateful I am for their superior customer service and auto service.  I wouldn't be able to get to work if it weren't for these great guys.  Thank you so much!

Outstanding in a field where that does not always occur.  We have been taking all of our cars to Bert and the crew at Hollywood Park Automotive and I will tell you it is harder to find a more honest and professional mechanic shop.  He is truly concerned with the safety and care of his customers.  They are fair and honest on their prices,,,not always the lowest but always one of the best.

Great experience.  Burt and his crew are very helpful and quick to start solving problems.  I've now bought 2 sets of tires here and am very happy with the quality of service I've received.  This is now my go to shop for work on my vehicles.

I happen to know a good mechanic, as the old cliché goes ... Burt Thompson and his team at Hollywood Park Automotive have been taking care of my family's vehicles for more than 20 years. Honest, competent, quick, no-nonsense work. Not necessarily cheap, but they have never done anything that wasn't absolutely needed - and I've left there plenty of times where there was just a small adjustment or something needed and there was no charge. I could not recommend anybody higher!
