My son is burried here, and everytime I visit his stuff is always knocked over, ran over with the construction workers there.. Completely disrespectful! Staff is nice.

We lost our beloved baby boy Nathanael not too long ago. The people who helped us, Ricardo and Ed were very nice and understanding. Everything was explained and we were happy to find Holy Cross. Our Baby didn't make it and was born into heaven. We could not find help anywhere else. They have a program here for this kind of loss, is acknowledged and cared about. We did not have to be burdened about price (other than adding his name) and the Baby's have their own special place, though I wish it had grass it looks even sad with rocks. The only problems we had were; at the funeral service which was hard enough, we were suddenly told we couldn't witness our son's burial . The reason that upsets me is because we were even asked if we wanted to witness this event and we said yes. Another small thing is that we don't know when his sweet name will be engraved with these other sweet precious Baby's names. We were told it could take five weeks..it has not been that long yet but I hope it does not take longer than that. From what I have noticed the grounds keepers are nice and respectful. I know things will be thrown away but I hope not so fast. We are happier knowing little Nathanael is resting in peace.

I would choose somewhere else if you're able. I had to go with this place since other family members were buried here and as last wishes. This place and most of its staff are very discourteous and aren't sensitive to the clients needs considering they just lost a loved one. I also had to deal with Jean ( I think shes gone now) but along with her and a few others I basically had the same experience very rude and incomplete info. Originally, my loved one was going to be buried with another relative with an existing plot. it was paid off by another family member years ago, in the 80's. Apparently they didn't have those records and couldn't confirm it. I had to buy a whole new plot, fine. Then I was told I couldn't get a standing headstone because if it was out of my price range I would have to wait to pay it off then I could get the headstone delivered, okay, understandable, so I went with the flat one since they had made it seem that the flat headstone price was included with everything else I was paying for, it wasn't. I still had to wait for the headstone to come in! My loved one was buried a year ago! I could of had the standing headstone and waited the same amount of time. So while I was waiting to save up money, I wanted to put in a vase to at the very least be able to place flowers. I had called and was told I could and just needed $700, sure, I had called back to set an appointment to make arrangements then I was told I couldn't. That it wasn't an available option for where my loved one was buried. And yes, the groundskeepers are very disrespectful and diminish the quality of the area, sure they have to get around to dig new graves but they don't do it with any care or regard for those that have already been laid to rest. We went to visit on Christmas eve and we found huge muddy tire tracks across the grave. I'm so disgusted by these cemetery and the way its ran. Terrible communication and breakdown of expenses. I absolutely hate this place. I wish we could hold them accountable in some way.

Haven't had problems with maintenance, luckily. Entry gates close at 6pm everyday but those who are there prior to 6pm can stay on the grounds until the sun goes down. Just get there before 6pm and you're good. It isn't the best cemetery, but so far the 6 month experience with them has been fairly ok. Decorations including the flowers in the headstone vase haven't been messed with, though our plot is in the near corner of a section so that might have something to do with it. We aren't located in the "baby/toddler" section of the cemetery but headstones are placed in a cluster in front of the entry walkway, you have to navigate your way in order to not step on a headstone if you're in that area.
