Very disappointed in the services provided by sunwest. Our service was scheduled for 11:00 on 3/25. When we arrived at 10:00 am there was a huge service already in process. I understand everyone celebrates in there own way but I was very disappointed that sunwest allowed the noise level and loud music and then the rudeness of the cars driving by disrupting our service. We could not even hear our own service that we where sitting at because the other one was so loud. And then our family members where told to drive around the other way so we didn't disturb theirs. Very rude and disrespectful. When we left it was still going on. Also the prices where outrageous. Would not recommend this company!!!!

Very over priced for everything... If my family wasn't there and if I didn't already own lots there I would go elsewhere. I have family there from the 60's. The staff are not very helpful. Also staff overturn is often. No continuity.

Bill and Yvette handled the difficult loss of my wife with class and care. I chose them over other places for the park setting and location. Happy with them.

I wanted my father-in-law Alton to be handled in a proper manner. And in calling Sunwest and talking to Annie, I knew he was in the right hands. I had to know they were family owned, which they are! And that they would allow me to do a couple of other things that were of a personal nature. Thank you so much for that! Randy Griego
