They talk the talk, but don't walk the walk...My husband and I came into the store Jan 2017. We were first time customers. Upon walking in, you get a rush thinking "oh my gosh this is the coolest, biggest store I've ever been in!!" We were greeted and left alone to look. Which made me giddy and instantly want to spend money, as I hate being bothered by sales people when shopping. We ended up staying for HOURS. We purchased thousands of dollars in furniture before leaving, and not on credit, from our checking account. We had free refreshments while there, a very nice salesman "KC", and got some good deals. Everything in that aspect was wonderful. I ended up calling in a few days later to add another $1000 worth of furniture onto our order. The problems started when we waited, and waited, and waited, for different items to come in. Dates were further off than promised, and communication sucked on the store's end. After I finally called and asked to speak to a manager, SOME things were taken care of. But it literally took over 4 MONTHS,  many phone calls, several deliveries, and even us driving the 2 hours roundtrip to pick up items, to get everything. Then, to top it off, we've had several items broken already with normal use, and the insurance that we were told was fabulous (by the salesman) is worse than anything I've ever dealt with. I called 11/16/17, emailed pictures of the damage as instructed, and got a confirmation call the next day that the process had been started. When I didn't hear from anyone one month later, I called again. The parts won't be in until March or April of 2018!! Are you kidding me? Not spending another dime here unless this gets remedied ASAP!!

Jacob assisted me in finding a new bed and frame that was right for my budget. He was friendly and patient. He made sure I had delivery and set up after seeing I'm 8 months pregnant which was above and beyond and when delivery came w/o a box spring, Jacob hand delivered one with a short time frame! HOM furniture is GREAT! Some may say it's a bit more pricey, than other places but I don't find it to be and the team is friendly and really goes out of their way to make sure their customer is satisfied! One suggestion to anyone looking at new frames and to sales staff... Talk about durability in frame, whether frame is all wood or metal, or if there's an option to have metal with wood headboard,  wish I would have!

I stopped in and the sales associate ..Jacob..was knowledgeable..showed me multiple options..very friendly and professional..I really enjoyed his sense of humor and how sociable he is..wonderful service. Clean and comfortable atmosphere..Thank you Jacob.  I will shop there again
