My husband and I bought sectional that we were told was a top grain leather and would last us a very long time. The manager Mark assured us it was Top of the line. We purchased the sofa for 1854.00 and thought we got a good price. We have had the sofa two plus years and the supposed top grain leather is peeling off on every piece. It looks awful. We brought pictures to Home stars and they called the company and told us the company thought we damaged the sofa. My husband and I are in are 60s. Mark said they offered us 10%off a new sofa but he talked them into twenty. I called the company myself and they said they don't even sell top grain leather furniture but only bonded leather which I told Mark in the beginning I absolutely did not want bonded leather because I have seen it fall apart and peel with others peoples furniture. Now I am stuck with furniture I will have to get rid of and I will have to spend more money to buy another set. I will not spend more at that store even with a 20%discount. We don't trust them. Great service! They handled everything very professionally and they gave us a great price for the value of the couch we purchased. I have already recommended them to several people.

We were talked into white glove service due to timing issues but we ended up waiting an extra week for our couch after estimated delivery date and wouldn't have needed the services. The delivery guys were awesome but we also found the couch 150 bucks cheaper at American Furniture Warehouse 3 weeks later. Small showroom but friendly sales people. They never called us to let us know it didn't come in on time nor did they call when it came in. We had to call each time. Not very organized and misleading with the retail vs wholesale price. Not feeling awesome about our purchase knowing we could have gotten it cheaper and delivered quicker. Dang!

Amazing customer service and attentiveness. We came in on a Wednesday after a horrible experience with another company. Picked out what we needed and the staff was amazing! They made sure we had our couch the next day. Very professional. I will definitely be going back for anything else I need.

Had a great experience here the other day. I was feeling a bit flattened after a steep estimate and high delivery costs at Sofa Mart, but within 20 minutes of arriving at this store I found a couch that matched all my specs for a much better price! The salespeople were really helpful and friendly, and I got same-day delivery for $49! That's pretty awesome. Thanks for making couch shopping quick and convenient so I could get on with my Sunday.
