I was so impressed after walking in the door. This was the first furniture store I visited to outfit my new condo, and it was really an afterthought as I was only aware of this location due to shopping at Cherry Creek Mall and parking on the back side of the mall where Macy's furniture gallery is located. No hassle, and Kevin, who introduced himself immediately was incredibly resourceful and helpful - gave us space to explore, but was available when we had questions and offered great insights at the same time based on what we were looking for. The prices are incredibly reasonable for the value - that really blew me away - and delivery is reasonable, too! If you're shopping for furniture, don't think twice about making this your first stop. I'll be furnishing my condo from here - bedrooms, living/dining and a few decor items, too.

White glove delivery-what a joke. I received both a confirmation email and phone call giving me a 1:30-3:30 time slot on November 22nd for my sofa to be delivered. I checked again by phone at 3:15 to see that my time slot had then moved to 3:30-5:30. I checked again by phone at 5:15 to find my time slot had once again moved, this time to 5:30-7:30. At this point I spoke to a furniture customer service agent who couldn’t figure out what the problem was, but told me the new ETA was around 6:30. 6:30 came and went, as did 7:30, 8:30, and 9:30. Each time I checked the ETA time, it had moved further back. Keep in mind, when I checked on my laptop throughout this entire ordeal the time slot still showed 1:30-3:30 and there were no item status updates. I once again tried to call furniture customer service only to discover they had closed. I was able to speak to a woman in a different division who was dumbfounded to discover that she could see my delivery time had changed so much and couldn’t see anything in her notes as to an attempted delivery or even a phone call, but she could provide no further assistance. She also assured me customer service would be open today, even though it was a holiday. Incorrect. I have no updated information, no way of contacting anyone, and after being forced to wait in my residence for 9 hours, no sofa. Your service is dismal at best. I regret spending my hard earned money with you. A good reputation is built on a thousand acts and lost by merely one. I can assure you you’ve lost a customer and I’m sure the Better Business Bureau will be interested to learn about this experience. Other customers should be warned about what they’re getting when they shop with you.

from a 1 star to a 5. This 1st crew wouldn't even attempt the stairs. The 2nd crew left in as little as 10min. But the Last crew of Maikel and Andres were fantastic. They called me ahead of time and pleasantly met with me to go over the route for the sofa up 4 flights. Cleaned up and made sure I was happy with everything. These two were the saving grace of the company Macy's contracts to

I'd have to rate this gallery a 5 for the service and attention provided by Kevin McCracken. He's super attentive and makes sure that all your questions are answered. He's super knowledgeable about the furniture industry and I highly recommend him!

DO NOT GET THE FURNITURE WARRANTY!!!!!!! I know everyone knows that the warranty is a ripoff but the sales rep sold hard and said it covers damage from a dog. Of course if doesn't. SHE LIED! My bad for believing her. I like the furniture - go with your instincts and don't get the warranty no matter what lies they tell you.
