I found myself back in Tuscaloosa, AL. and back at the Homes 2 Suites. There are many reasons why this place deserves five stars, but first and foremost is the staff. Everybody here is amazingly helpful and incredibly polite. Everyone was so friendly. 

The hotel provides a great complimentary breakfast. The workout room has a lot more than you will find in the typical hotel workout room. The hotel also has a good sized indoor pool.The room includes tons of closet and drawer space. The room has a cool, slick design to it that includes a full fridge, dishwasher and plates & utensils. Lost story short, it was great to be back in Tuscaloosa and great to be back at the Homes 2 Suites

I couldn't believe how big the Home 2 Suites Tuscaloosa Downtown rooms were!  They really are more of an apartment than a hotel room.  We had a room with two beds and both I and the person I was staying with had room to sit and set up a little desktop station.  Perfect for long time stays - our room even featured a dishwasher.  Every amenity is provided by the wonderful staff.  Would give it six stars if I could!

This is my second time at this property and It is still a top notch experience! We had an issue wth the number of beds (requested 2, got 1) and the staff immediately took care of it and got us the room we needed! Beyond helpful, the room was HUGE, comfortable and just what we needed for a nights stay! Thanks!

Hotel with friendly staff, inviting lobby, and comfortable suites. Decor is crisp and minimalist. All suites have full size refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. Kitchen is stocked with dishes, glasses, and utensils. Cooking surfaces are available on request. Great restaurants are in walking distance as well as the River Walk.

The bed was awesome! No hot tub and the floors were very sticky which they attributed to the chlorine of the pool guests but I totally doubt that was the real reason.  I would definitely stay there again.  Breakfast was good but turkey sausage should have never been invented.
