Wow, I am impressed. This place is definitely a must every year when I come into town. Right Location beautiful setting. Southern hospitality staff. Sheila at the front desk is Stellar. When travel like me all you want is to have great service and a clean room at minimum. Hotel Decor and amenities are a great. If you are always on the road this is a Hotel to enjoy and relax 1 night or few days. If you are on vacation or a couple weekend getaway. This is the Place as well..!! The bedsheets are so soft. Thanks the whole staff awesome..

This hotel and staff were great!!! The only thing that would have made the visit 5 stars would have been for them to do complimentary breakfasts like the less expensive Embassy Suites right up the street does. Even so, I'd definitely go back!!!

Perfect! Beautiful place, great location, clean, and roof top bar. The staff were more than nice and willing to help with any concern. The staff was a perfect fit for such an upscale location. Thanks Sheila and Desmen. Steve, Cindy, and Sydney Townsend. 8-13 & 14 -17

Beautiful well decorated and staff are very helpful and friendly. Bar on the roof looks over the river is a beautiful interesting view. Interior plants are amazing

Very nice hotel. Clean and well kept. Beautiful design and rooms. Staff was nice but ill-equipped and not the right fit for such an upscale location. It was relatively busy but no more than it would be for a game day. Yet, the staff was under prepared for this seemingly "high volume" day.
