Pretty sad the way their managers treat their employees. I do like some of the products, but being in customer service position also, seeing the reviews and having been in the store and no one there to assist me on a rug purchase, I doubt I will go back

Employees are friendly and helpful. Have a good variety of name brand home items.

Good friendly staff overall. The thing that really makes this store though, is its merchandise. They have an interesting and unusual variety of products.

Not a great experience with this store. I wanted to work here part time and had spoke to an assistant manager and gave my resume. Was told to expect tohearback within the coming week. Two weeks went by and nothing! I called the store and spoke with the manager and she stated he will give you a call back, and still nothing. I went to the store just as a customer and no one speaks to you. I ask for help and no one seems to help especially the same manager who probably doesn't remember me. There's no proper customer service here and now I see why they have a 3.6 rating here at Warner Robins Shop at "AtHome" just up the road and employees are very helpful *Word of advice, keep your word and call a potential employees back. *Establish a well working manager/employee relationship with current staff to decrease turnover

I recently quit working here. I started working a couple weeks before the grand opening and I enjoyed it. The staff was great and it was friendly. But as the months went on, one of the managers, Dwayne, started showing his true colors. He would schedule me 10 or less hours a week knowing that it was my only job, and I was available whenever and I have a child to support. Everytime I brought up having more hours he laughed in my face and said "let's see how many cards you get". And well if you schedule me 3 hours a week, which he has been doing the past month or so, I won't be able to get any credit cards. When I got my second job he didn't schedule me that week. I went to the store manager and luckily he gave me hours but then last week I had none and this week I, once again, had 3. This man is not fit for this job. He is not compassionate and clearly cares nothing about anyone except himself. I am not the only employee to complain. He wrote my friend up for not getting cards. That's not right at all, and he's giving her less than 10 hours a week as well but is hiring new people and giving them all our hours. He is extremely rude and likes to hide out in the office in the back. I would hope that this is not how the TJX company is run. And I hope something gets done about him. For the rest of the employees sake. He's running us all out on purpose because he doesn't like us. Which is not professional at all.
