Worst customer service in warner robins bar none.Service manager was late opening shop, no communication with customers. Easy to see why Sears is going of out business.

Before you buy a treadmill from this particular Sears let me share my experience. Here are the facts, I purchased a Nordictrack Treadmill (C950I) on 26 Dec. Jan 12, the treadmill stopped working. Following the instructions that came with the treadmill, I called the company (Instead of immediately returning the item). After explaining that I only had the treadmill for two weeks, they offered to send a part to see if that would fix the problem. My response was, "that is a service I would use if I had the treadmill for 6 mos to a year, not after two weeks". They agreed, but indicated that replacement would have to be handled from where I purchased the treadmill. So I went back to Sears and told them what happend and requested a replacement. The "acting" Store Manager indicated that the technician would have to come out to my house to see the treadmill and bring a replacement. She indicated that he would call that night (Jan 14), of course he didn't. So we waited for almost a week, still no call. Frustrated, I returned to the store, this time not looking for a replacement but a refund. We were told that only the store manager could authorized that transaction. We contacted the store manager several times with no response. Finally, we had to rent a truck and return the treadmill ourselves. And after all that hassle, the store (without our knowledge) charged us a restocking fee. I never was consistent Sears customer, now I will never shop at Sears again (at least at this store).

I have bought Kenmore trash compactor bags (paper ) here over the past 21 years. I went in last week to buy more, and the saleswoman told me that they did not have the bags I found the bags I wanted at Walmart, DON'T SHOP FOR Trash bags here. I won't be shopping here anymore!

They gave my parents the run around. My parents bought a king size mattress set and a queen mattress for their camper. They were supposed to be delivered last week, but wasn't going to be here til after 5p.m. So my parents waited til today to have them delivered. Yesterday they called and said they would be delivered between 10 and 11a.m. After they didn't arrive, they called them and were told they hadn't came in yet. They then said they couldn't be delivered until Oct. 6th. The mattresses had been paid in full. They cancelled the order. After being lied to and jerked around, they no longer trust these people. They don't have good service nor trust worthy workers. I'd give no stars if I could because of the way they upset my parents.
