The best neighborhood store one can imagine. Right from my grocery shopping to filling gas... One stop shop

Customer service was "nicely rude". I understand you don't like hearing "I need to return this" twenty thousand times a day... But the item I purchased just so happened to contain an ingredient that I don't want in my garden. I threw the receipt away.. Simple mistake on a single item purchase that was 10.42 cents. I have a good job, 10.42 is nothing to me. I live based on principles. I just wanted to return the part and get the return back on the card it was paid for with. I had my online bank statement pulled up via Internet by phone matching the same amount I wanted the return for.. the csm was so very happy to give me a smart ass remark of "we don't do that without an original receipt, there's no exceptions we can only put it back on a store gift card".. the tone of voice was uncalled for. All as I waited in a line with 4 other people while there was 2 customer service clerks and only one register open while the other employee was turned around leaning up against the counter on her cell phone. I would be willing to bet that the wal mart ceo and managers don't pay their employees to act like smart asses and play on their cell phones at work. Take your job with benefits seriously or give it to someone else who does. Good management can tell when someone is trying to pull a scam and when someone is simply trying to do a simple return process. No wonder amazons stock is climbing through the roof.

Convenient location for running in and getting what l need. With the smaller size comes less variety in certain categories, but it's still much preferable to visiting one of the larger Wal-Mart's.

Nice place to go if you just need groceries but they have always seemed low on stock when I've been. They don't have some of the variety of grocery items the supercenter has..
