We have shopped there for many many years. Lately we have found out that the store has came very unorganized and messy. Especially the cashier line is slow. They only had two cashiers when there were 11 customers waiting at the line.

last year we bought a house and we bought lots of small things from here, organizing baskets, small objects, glass bottles and jars for organizing my kitchen, 4 bathrooms and the laundry room. mirrors, fire place mental decorations you name it. top of that i wanted to decorate our bedrooms and bathrooms with all white sheets, shower curtains and towels, and we found branded and best quality stuff in very reasonable prices. some of high quality kitchen pots and pans i bought one by one and made complete sets. During Thanksgiving and Christmas time last year 2016 i found best quality dinning napkins, looking for more and wish for finding may be the same holiday time of the year.

Columbia MD store needs better customer service. Aisles are too cluttered to get cart through and mirrors and paintings impossible to reach. Couldn't get anyone to help me get a mirror and left after about 20 frustrating minutes. The prices are good but not worth the hassle.
