They always have everything I'm looking for and didn't know I was looking for.  The STAFF is ALWAYS friendly and helpful.

Love it! Didn't have the length of curtains I was looking for,  but that's just one store.

I noticed the placemats on my wedding registry were "limited quantity" u could no longer buy them online and my local store was out. I spent an hour on the phone finding the closest store to me that had some in stock so I could complete my registry amount. 

I was put on hold for 30 minutes with this store when they finally said the found them and they had the 6 I needed. I asked them to hold them so I could pick them up the next day. I went in this afternoon and they had not put them to the side for me, they didn't even bother to check the computer to see if they were still in stock. 

I managed to find them buried in a corner. Not happy with their service.

THEY answer the phone but always say "Hello? Hello?" Even when I say hi so they suck
