Awful customer service. Awful service overall. It seems like nobody cares about making a sale. We were there to purchase vanities and tops (the expensive ones) and not a single soul around to help us. The girl only helped with answering questions about stock and nothing else. We told her what we were buying it and we would go to appliances because we were also buying appliances and come back to pay. We had to wait a while for someone to come to help us in appliances. Then we go back to pay for the vanities and we had to wait another 15 mins for someone to come. I have specific delivery instructions because the vanities would be delivered at a vacant home that is being renovated and I would like them to call me 1 hour before to give me time to get there. They called the night before saying delivery would be between 9am-11am. Comes the next day they never called so I get to the house at 9am. I had to wait in the car for them because I have a newborn with me. They call at 10:30 saying the stuff didn't make it to the truck and delivery would have to be rescheduled. Of course I was not happy and the girl didn't even care and kept saying she couldn't hear me in attempt to hang up the phone. I called the store and of course they kept transferring my call and nobody would answer. When someone finally did, she kept putting me on hold without letting me know she was placing me on hold. I didn't know if they hung up or if I was on hold because it was silent. Overall they have awful customer service. They need to hire people who cares about their job and their customers. I am not gonna be purchasing my appliances from them after this experience.

Awful customer service. When you ask for help they always take too long. They also have a lot of issues with their system, or they don't use it properly. We bought two light fixtures and scheduled for a call to make an appointment. That never happened so we had to go back to the store only to find out that nobody assigned the job to anyone. And if that is not enough, they assigned it to a company whose installer should not be an electrician to begin with. He installed one if the fixtures and the other he did "not feel comfortable" installing so we had to goback and forth with Lowe's again. They reassigned that job to another local company that has no iota of even trying to fit into our schedule, not to mention that that company had to call us within a certain period of time to schedule a time and they did not. Instead we had to give them a call, and follow up, and follow up, and follow up. More than three months have already passed and nobody shows any sign to honor the contract. We will not spend a dime at Lowe's anymore, especially not at this location.

Bricks on sale, .25 ea. And, very polite, kind gent helped load each one all the way into trunk. Hand picked online order, perfect shape. Bravo Lowes!

Unfortunately, my experience at the Lowe's in Laurel was disappointing to say the least. I came in for a few items, and there were barely any employees around to help. I also noticed that quite a few plumbing supplies were out of place and disorganized. It took my plummer forever to find the valves he needed to fix my pipes. Then I had to walk all the way back accross the store just to find an employee who could tell me where the sand paper was located. I was very angry the store had no employees around to help!! I would definitely not advise anyone to go this store. You might be better off down the street at the Home Depot in Laurel.

We could not get anyone to meet with us on a remodel at the Columbia location until much later than we needed, so we called Laurel and Roger in Kitchens and Bath stayed late the following evening just to make room for us in his schedule (after his shift ended). We were so glad too because he really took his time to help us and steer us in the right direction in selecting and buying the right products.
