This place is always a mess... things are broken and not enough room to get around at all.

I agree with most of what you've probably already read. Truly one of the better home goods locations. Although, I have run into a couple older employees here with chips on their shoulders who were less than helpful, overall everyone is VERY friendly and willing to help. The manager is also a stand up guy and very friendly - ive seen him on the floor a lot helping people. I prefer the South Barrington store, since I live in the neighborhood, but this is the only other store I'll come to if I can't find something there.

One of the better home goods around. A pretty nice selection of  items. This place seems to get a new shipment every Sunday (don't hold me to that) and there always seems to be plenty of nice things at very healthy discounts.

For items that are mostly items that do not come in packaging or in their original box, the prices are extrmely high. All of your items look like second hand store items (no box, nor wrapping, nothing!) and still you sell them like their covered in gold. These things are things that other stores couldn't sell and tossed them over to this store to fool people.
