My shopping experience was ok but when I was ready to check out I was hounded right away to give out my email for a coupon of 30% off which I never got, I wasn't asked if I found everything ok , not a hello how are you. I get there may be a quota for emails but really.

Nothing rang up according to prices on rack. 6 of my 9 items were "ticketed wrong".

AVOID THIS LOCATION !!!!.....The worst Old Navy to purchase merchandise.  The check out staff was rude and unhelpful on a confusing internet ad that they should have had matched in the store. I was treated with disrespect even when the store manager quoted the sales price on the floor.  When I went to the register she was "confused" and said that she could NOT mark it down to the internet advertised price. She said that she would take an additional $7.00 off but would not give the price as promised on the sales floor.  I gave him cash and put it on the counter. The cashier saw it and asked if I wanted to use my charge card. Why ?? I ended up walking out with no purchase. 
second terrible experience at that location. No Stars.

this old navy has great deals all the time. make sure you check the clearance section. their staff is really helpful too.
