This is a beautiful store. I was in search of items to decorate my new house, and I really hit the jackpot here. I specifically wanted a decorative bowl for my dining room table, and the selection was excellent. So many beautiful things, and good prices too. My new favorite.

Ok I just started crying in the Olympia Homegoods. Shellee who checked out Jon is an absolute angel. I sat there and silently as tears fell onto my cheeks as she patiently waited for him to count out his coins to pay for his purchase. She gently helped him count out $20.08 in quarters, dimes, nickels and pennies. She told me to not worry that it was her pleasure. She didn't rush him in the least and let him pull out his special coins telling him how she understood how important they are. She told him how impressed she was that he had saved his money do well. She was SO SO SO kind. I had the kids walk toward the door and told her how much I appreciated her kindness. I told her that he has autism and doesn't understand that most adults don't want tons and tons of coins. She told me it was not big deal and she loved it. She doesn't know how truly grateful I am and how I pray that my kids run into people like her. People who are kind and compassionate. Maybe it wasn't a big deal to her but it was a huge deal to me. So as we walked away with my little guys fingers slightly gray from the coins my heart was truly touched❤️ (this was written by my older sister and i had to share it)

Pushy salespeople that work on commision. They will follow you around the store from the moment you enter the doors until you leave constantly trying to push a sale or apply for financing.
