It wasn't busy at all (a bit sad, considering it's the week after Thanksgiving) the clerk that helped us was utterly charming. The couple of people in line behind us were rude, which was inexcusable. I am sure there was another register they could have gone to if they didn't want to wait while the clerk took care of our return/exchange. Spread a little kindness people!

Walked through the store and it was a mess. Every display was just a pile of unfolded items. The sales counters were covered in random piles of clothes. There was a mannequin in the boys department that someone put a bra on over the shirt. Also there was another mannequin that had underwear placed over the head. We walked through the mall and came back two hours later. The store was still a complete mess. On our way out the door to the parking lot they had the doors locked. We were only able to open one door out of the entire row of doors. Huge fire hazard. Would not recommend shopping here even if I won a million dollar shopping spree. Impossible to shop through piles of items.

We had great service and prices in the jewelry department and optical shop. Staff were friendly and helpful and we were able to take advantage of some great sales.

I stood around in the shoe department for 15 minutes and no one came to help. Asked for help at 2 customer service counters, no one came. Awful customer service.
