Pathetic excuse for a Mens Warehouse, or any establishment for that matter. Horrible service. I went in today for the simple intention of renting a tuxedo for a black tie event. Upon entrance, I walk back to the "tuxedo rental and sales" counter. At the desk sat two younger (soon to find out incompetent) employees; one male and one female. I had several planned out question for these two 'qualified individuals,' (after all, this was going to be my first tuxedo rental). I start inquiring with the female. She smirks and rolls her eyes at my few questions, yet is unable to back up her know-it-all attitude with any remote answers. Despite her best efforts to ward me off with ill-mannered responses, I stick around. She quickly looks over to her friend for assistance; a male gnawing down on a deep-fried chicken leg. With little initiative and a mouth full food, he slowly points with his half-eaten chicken leg towards the general direction my tuxedo options. I kindly ask where EXACTLY my tuxedo options are. They look at each other and begin laughing at my understandable confusion. I'm quickly turn into a laughing stock behind the counter. After realizing the overall attitude, I suspended my one-way conversation and leave. In no way would I give this store my business. Like I said, piss pour employment. I ended up going to Dillard's where I found excellent customer service and far better prices.

Worst men's wearhouse in DFW. Loud and ghetto. Not professional and no sincere attention given to the customer. I was there to get fitted for my friend's wedding. Their "try on" clothes smell like feces.
