Annie was very rude when I went to return a comforter that had never been opened, and I had the receipt. I have never been treated so poorly when returning something in my life. She should work on her customer service skills.

I just came back from this store. Horrible experience.  I talked to one guy about someone stealing a product that was in my cart. Please let your salesreps know about it so I can get it back.  He told me to talk to manager. His talk was completely ignorant and gave me an impression that he didn't like my color and he have a hard time caring about a customer.  Worst ever!!

Love this place, great selection and prices. It can be a bit messy at time but since they carry and get new items all the time. Staff are helpful and friendly too.

Home Goods is a great place to get what you need for your home at a much better price. I give Home Goods Sugar Land 3 stars because it is always picked over and the store always looks a mess.
