Great products and cashiers are nice, but the lines too checkout on a Saturday are almost unbearable. Just telling it like it is. Probably best to go here during the day during the week when people are working

Nice stuff. LONG lines. Like ... long. All times of the day, any day of the week. You better want the discount merchandise BAD, because you're gonna need to wait and hold it in your hands for a long while. People are literally forming friendships with each other in this line.

You have to wait a long ass line just to make a return on a product that was sold to me defective. This is the only location I've ever been to that makes customers wait in the check-out line to make returns/exchanges. All the other ones let you make r/e at the very last register. According to the manager on duty Ray, they've been doing this for years. Not to mention, he wasn't polite when speaking to me whatsoever. Most of staff look miserable & lack basic customer service skills.

I had a fit. The place is huge & there is much variety from full length rugs, couches, kitchenware, & clothes. I stayed almost an hour, wish I could buy everything!
