Moved my mom out of here. There are serious management problems and lack of communication between staff. As someone else said, they tell you what you want to hear at the moment, but don't believe it. It was better when she first moved there but has now gone downhill. There are better options out there.

Worse place ever 
The phone system is off property 
 You can't get in touch with anyone after t pm. They have had numerous management changes and wellness directors

Nice facility and staff, but the administration tells bold face lies. When I asked if they would keep my mom with her pension and Medicaid they said they would so I moved her in. Now that her money is about gone they said the don't take Medicaid and my mom will have to find another place.

Lane Park is a nice looking facility.  It is very clean, has nice furnishings and decor. The staff is friendly. The biggest problem with this facility is follow up. If you ask for anything the staff nods and says yes, yes ,yes. However, the staff does not follow up on these request.  They do not check in on their residents to make sure they are eating or drinking  enough. They charge for services they don't perform....washing clothes, bathing  or changing beds.
Physicians don't meet with the family to discuss their family member. They need much better customer service!
