I love the staff and doctor. But the front desk people are so rude! I showed up for my appointment 10 minutes late, because of traffic. And they said I might not be able to be seen. They asked me to go sit and wait to see what they can do. I ended up waiting over an hour, just to be told I have to reschedule. They forgot i was sitting out in the waiting room. It was the doctor who came and asked them if i was still waiting. Very rude ladies. Not a care in the world about anyone but talking to themselves and laughing among eachother. The doctor is amazing like i said. But the front end staff gives this place a bad name.

Long waits. Ask how much your appointment will be after insurance before Mak Dental begins the work. Mid-way through my dental work a front desk person comes in and gives me a bill. Letting me know they couldn't continue the work unless I was able to pay. Well after you drill holes in my mouth...I haven't much choice. Consider your choice wisely.

Well, I had 2 appointment's with MAK Dental. I have a few medical issues and they were discussed at my first appointment and I was given pre-tooth extraction directions. My second appointment was the tooth extraction. I was quite nervous, because I haven't had a tooth removed in over 30 years. The whole procedure was done in approximately 35 minutes. Dr. Gibson was excellent. His calmness, sense of humor and big smile are just what you need to help you through. And i won't forget his assistant Mercedes. She was a joy. She was the beginning of my feeling safe and knowing things would be fine. Dr Gibson and Mercedes are a great team. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dr. Gibson and his team to someone else. The actual cleaning was went great as Nina did a fantastic job again. I'm not a fan of waiting over 20 minutes past my appointment before I'm even brought to the room.

The female dentist and her assistant were phenomenal! Super patient, personable, and explained everything that was happening, and very reassuring. I would highly recommend to anyone.
