This place is terrible!!!!! I have had multiple issues with key cards going out and not being able to get into my room. Then one front desk receptionist keeps trying to change the price of my room even though I've been staying here on business for 2 months. I believe she is stealing money. Today they tried to kick me out of my room even though I clearly have a receipt saying my payment date is tomorrow. Then the girl kianna I think her name is refused to let me in room to get my cell phone to resolve the issue unless I paid. I am pursuing legal action against them. Do not stay here!! they will swindle and lie and cheat you out of money if you stay longer than a week. All the front desk staff need to be fired except for the manager. He's the only person who knows what they are doing. The other small minded mouth breathers need to be let go asap!

WARNING: DO NOT MAKE A RESERVATION HERE. I made an online reservation on the motel's own website a week before our trip. I received a confirmation for the two rooms from the motel. When we got there to check in on Saturday (only hours away from a concert we were attending), I was told that we didn't have a room available. The man at the front desk said he had a note saying that they called me to tell me earlier in the week. TOTALLY FALSE. I have no record of a call, much less a phone message, from the motel. Funny thing is, the front desk told the man in front of me the exact same thing. We spent several hours trying to find another hotel for the night. DESPICABLE!

I've never gone to a hotel and been told by front desk that I had to call to make a reservation. The guy at the closed window told me to call on the phone on the wall because he was busy. I called, was put on hold and then made the reservation and had to wait for the front desk to open the window again. He had no personality and it was obvious he was not excited to be at work. It seemed like it was a hassle for him to check me in. The hall to the room reeked of smoke. The room and the hotel appeared clean. The bed has two pillows and is very uncomfortable. The mattress kept sliding off the box every time I sat on the bed. No carpet. No lamp. It does have a full size refrigerator, laundry basket, hangers, and full microwave. This felt more like a dorm room than a hotel. I guess for the price it was okay but I've stayed in better and won't stay here again. Mostly because it was such a hassle to get a room in the first place. If I hadn't been so tired, I wouldn't have stayed.

We had an excellent experience at the hotel. The rooms were very well maintained, and the staff was very friendly.

Room is comfortable but not extravagant. Decent laundry facilities. Room has good amenities for an extended stay hotel. There are no meals (breakfast, hot supper) but for a budget-conscious place, that is not a surprise. Friendly staff, too.
