I actually own a property adjacent to a HomeWorks managed property. I had contacted them regarding a maintenance issue along the property line so I wasn't sure what kind of response I'd get from them if any. I'm pleased to say that HomeWorks responded reasonably timely and made necessary repairs of the issue! Thus far, my experience with HomeWorks has been exceptional, thanks.

I have rented from them since 2012 and have had no problems with them 
Anytime that I have called for a problem it has been taken care within a few days
I personally would recommend them.
This is what I wrote about a year ago and it still holds true.  I have had no problems with Homework and would continue to recommend them.
I had some recent health issues and was out of work for several weeks and they were very willing to work with me regarding the rent and such and I really do appreciate that.  thank you

They worked with us to find a home for over 2 months. We were able to get into something that worked for our budget and even got into an area we didn't think we would get into. Stacey was the best and really made it possible for us continue looking through the company. Keep up the good work. The only suggestion we have is to offer more flexible showing times.

I worked with Rachell at Homework’s in selling a property recently. She was quick to respond, understood my needs and represented them very well. 

Prior to that, we also used homeworks to manage our rental property. They were nothing but spectacular in that as well. Zero hassle with paperwork (they managed everything) and tenants.
