We were experiencing a buzzing/rattling type noise coming from underneath the hood of our Acura.  We had these guys check it out twice and after spending hundreds of dollars on new alternator and other parts the noise is still there to this day.  Not to mention caps not being properly put back in place around engine area and grease stains on interior of car.  I will credit them for offering to check out our vehicle again at no charge but we just simply lost faith in their mechanics.  Used to be good place for oil change too before upgrade spiel we heard every time we came in.  We came to these guys looking for alternative to garage up the road that did good work but tended to proceed with repairs without our approval.  I’ve met the owner here at Honest Auto and he’s a good guy, just hope he turns some things around because the service got shoddy in a very short time.

Absolutely the only place our family will take our cars for service.  Have been taking our vehicles (all FIVE of them) to Honest 1 since they opened and won't go anywhere else.  A quality national chain company enhanced by the fact that the franchise is locally owned by a Roswell resident who is involved in the community.  We  are so comfortable with the service and integrity of these folks that we simply drive in, tell them what we need done or what to check and then throw them the keys....They don't perform any service without first clearing with the customer.  I can't recommend them any higher than I do.

I've had good experiences with this mechanic. I recommended to my daughter she take her "new" car there to fix check engine light so she could get it registered. Her response to me after working with these guys, "I love this mechanic. Thank you so much for your advice Dad."
These guys even made me look good. :-)

Do NOT waste your time or money. I was quoted $445.00 for a new motor on my window. $220 for the part and another $200 for labor. There were recycling fees and other fees. I did research and found that the part is $99.00 and found a mechanic that only charged $50.00 for labor. They were trying to charge me over double for a cheap part and cheap labor. I called back and asked why my quote was so expensive. I was told that “ we weren’t the cheapest”. Will not go back.
