Thugs!!!! Went there for an estimate for body and collision first of all they don't do body or collision repair dont even understand why they would entertain after the fact... then the mechanic started talking to my insurance adjuster what to cover me and what not to cover me on my claim. When it's up to my insurance company to make that decision!!!Insanity!!!! 
Secondly when I told the mechanic to stop overtalking me that now he had already made his point and I'm discussing issues with my insurance adjuster he went completely bezerk and slammed my car hood and told me to get the f out of his shop. 
why my car hood is up in the first place is beyond this world mind you were inspecting body and undercarriage only from towing damages!!! Pure comedy!!!
I told the mechanic refrain from touching my vehicle he started yelling louder we literally had to go to the counter for the clerk to pull out the vehicle personally because they wouldn't let me take the vehicle off the lift!!!
When I say we were shocked the insurance adjuster was stuttering and couldnt muster out complete sentence on where to meet at an actual legit collision center...
Will not go back u do the same unless u want a scammer ripping u off in fields these guys aren't even doing business in!!!

I took a car to Mike for a pre-purchase inspection, and he was really thorough. I didn't make an appointment beforehand, so I expected the wait, but I was very pleased with the service I got there. The waiting room is clean and had comfortable seats. The staff are also really fun to talk to and made the experience more than just an inspection job.

Outstanding service. I will be returning to this store.  If you need an emission sticker this is the place to go in Roswell. Drive in and out in 15 minutes. Shane, the manager, is friendly and personable.  Cannot say enough good things about this place.

Guy, the manager, has been great with me I have had only a good experience with him and has always taken great care of me. For performing a service, he has stayed well over an hour of his working hours to help me while being professional and honest. When I changed the fluid and filter on my cars transmission, I was unable to torque the pan to the right specs and it was leaking tranny fluid. I brought the car to Guy and he helped me out right away without hesitation and did not charge me. I will always recommend Guy at Mike the Mechanic in Roswell.
