I have been here several times and received good service. But on my last visit, the mechanic left scratches on my alloy wheel from the tool he used to take my lug nuts off. It is obvious that he was rushing or just didn't want to do the work that day, but he didn't have to damage my car in the process. I'm upset at the carelessness.

Update: Response to the owner's response. . .I was there on Teusday 09/26/17. I have the receipt and the wheel damage from that day. ALL FIVE of my lug nut holes have circular scratches from the power wrench that was used.

I don't understand the negative reviews. It's probably just ignorant people getting mad at such little things. Fixing cars isn't necessarily a "routine" thing and will always have its ups and downs. That being said, I have brought 4 cars into that shop about 7 times for various tire issues. Each time, they have been honest, upfront, fast, courteous, and great to talk to. They have patched multiple tires, each time being super fast and for a great price (one time not even charging me!), and have had 4 tires replaced for a reasonable price in a reasonable timeframe. I highly recommend this place for your tire needs.

My family has been bringing cars here since before I could drive.  I've always felt well taken care of by Mark and his crew. They help keep my cars driving safely and smoothly.

Just a heads up Business review of Dekalb Tire & Automotive Service off of Roswell Road... CUSTOMERS BEWARE, if they damage your vehicle they accept NO responsibility!! Horrible Business practices!

-My husband brought his Audi in to have the Tire sensor replaced, well during the install the tech tore the side wall of his rear tire trying to remove the tire, he was told they would order a new tire in for him, so he had his spare put on and left. Next day the new tire comes in and he goes to pick it up, Mark (manager @ Sandy Springs) claimed they would only cover 25% of the cost of the tire!! So they damaged the tire and were completely at fault but claim to bear NO responsibility to right the wrong and replace the tire they damaged. DO NOT DO Business with this company they have NO customer Service!!
