Scott was a referral from our Realtor. We were in the process of buying a beautiful Old World Home but the sellers consistently tried to get us to take away our home inspection contingency which didn't sit right with us, to the point where they gave us a home inspection report from a previous transaction. We had an absolutely amazing experience with Scott and Honest Home Inspections from beginning to end. My Girlfriend and I called in to schedule the inspection, just several days prior to when we wanted to have it - the receptionist was incredibly friendly, extremely knowledgeable and made sure to fully understand what our concerns were, what we were hoping to get out of the inspection and recommended some additional services - the recall check is amazing and you should highly consider adding it onto your purchase. Scott brought an additional inspector along and did a thorough review of the house. Despite having the existing report, Scott treated this as though he didn't have any existing information. He was extremely thorough and walked us through every little detail, telling us different fixes we could do, giving us an estimate on price points and even recommending some other top notch companies that could help us. The overall inspection took about 6 or 7 hours - again his attention to detail is extremely present and high. We received a 92 page report with tons of details, recommendations and potential fixes for the entire house. Thanks to Scott and his team, we were able to negotiate a lot of deal breakers into our real estate transaction and still win our dream home, just with much more information on the quality and current state of the infrastructure in the house. A house is one of very few of the most important investments you will make, and if you want to be sure you are buying the right house, there is no one else you could possibly work with. They have a very fair and competitive price, and you're getting much more than any other inspection company out there. Scott and Honest Home Inspections is the real deal. They have even followed up with us since the inspection to see how we were doing. I will be sending all of our friends and family to Scott and his team from here on out.

Kris did our inspection. He seemed like a young, hardworking guy trying to establish his business and reputation... in short the exact type of guy you want. He spent the better part of 4 hours reviewing the house top to bottom, and really going over every inch. I had an issue and needed an update to his report and he got it fixed and email to me in about 4 hours. Seemed very knowledgeable.

Kris did our inspection and he did an amazing job! He was extremely thorough! I will definitely have Kris do another inspection for us on our next home we find. Thanks to him we didn't get stuck in a house that would have been a money pit!

I cannot say enough great things about Honest Home Inspections. Brian O'Keefe did our inspection and was great. Professional, honest, thorough, personable, knowledgeable and the list can go on. Stop looking for a home inspector because Honest Home Inspections is the place you need to go. Make sure you ask them about places they recommend for other home care needs (duct cleaning, carpets, roof, etc) because they have a list of quality places.

I cannot say enough good things about Chris. His work is impeccable ( spent four hours!), price is great and he makes these amazing reports that are very user friendly!! Stop looking at other inspectors- Chris is the one you want
