We purchased a Weber grill and had a couple issues with it. The manager personally came to our home, repaired what was wrong, and even cleaned up the grill for us. Customer service is an extremely important part of running a business correctly and I couldn’t say anything more positive about my experience. Based on this I will be a return customer and wouldn’t hesitate to purchase a high ticket item from them in the future as they back what they sell!

Nice clean well organized store with friendly staff. This store is the closest store to home but as usual their inventory is limited and they didn't have the right stuff for me.

Ace Hardware in Muskego has been my sole source of tools, parts, and various supplies for 3 years. Mike Caplinger, the Manager is the epitome of great customer service whether I need (bulk) pricing, something he typically doesn't stock (he often can procure for me) or advice on how to best address a property issue. The entire staff is friendly, helpful, and clearly well trained.
I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

It’s really dissapointing that all four cashiers had to rock paper sisscor each other to decide on who would help us get a 3/8th hose because they didn’t want to help. What terrible customer service. I will not be returning.
