Find somebody else! Awful customer service.   A project that was sold to us as a 3-4 week project took 3-4 months.  They either ordered the wrong materials or didn't order the right materials on time resulting in numerous delays.  It was like pulling teeth trying to get anyone from the company to respond.   Now that the work has been completed and we are trying to get the final payment to them, they still can't even be bothered to resolve lien waiver issues with their subcontractors.  We even had a subcontractor call us asking for payment because Klamco/Horizon wasn't paying him.   I strongly recommend avoiding this company.

Gerry, you need to pay the liens on the condo so my parents can move in. As soon as you do I will remove the 1 star review. A small condo shouldn’t take over a year to complete.

They take your money but never pay their subcontractors. They leave the homeowner in the wind to fend for them self and settle with the subcontractors.. Never use this company!!!
