We’ve got an appointment in 2 weeks. We arrived 5 min earlier, took a ticket, and waited another 5 min to go in. All went smoothly beyond our expectations. Friendly service too, thank you.

Almost steoreotypically unfriendly and unhelpful. We were there with two young kids and my 70y old mother was not allowed to come in with us to look after the kids. Avoid if possible

All was as expected, well organized, nearly no waiting time.

Itself well organized and extremely burocracy driven, no flexibility given. So be sure to be well prepared and show up on time! Staff ist friendly. No parking available.
