When we started, we wanted to put all the stuff we love in one place. Food we crave, ice-cold beer, and all the sports you could possibly watch on wall-to-wall big screen TVs. And let’s not forget the Hooters Girls. Their one-of-a-kind hospitality makes you feel welcome from the moment you walk in the door. It all seems so simple, we can’t believe nobody else thought of it.

We're not the bragging type, but somehow we ended up with a downright craveable menu. We’ve got it all—appetizers, salads, burgers, seafood, you name it. And those Hooters Wings. Well, they're world famous for a reason. Lick your fingers, we won't judge.

From the moment I arrived I had great service and felt respected. My hostess Emma's demeanor made my time that much more enjoyable. She consistently checked to see that all was satisfactory.

Very slow when not busy, cold food. Asked for fresher food and they recooked the original contents of one of the plates, teeth marks on the chicken and all. Unbelievable. 5% discount for our trouble. Couldn't wait to get out. Went to Braums to get better service from 16 year old kids. You had something good and popular and you've driven it into the ground.

God awful I have been coming to this place for over 5 years, yet never in my life have I experienced such awful costumer service. We were seated by host later our waitress came introduced herself took our drink appetizer and food order in what we thought should happen at a restaurant. We never saw her again. Our food was to be brought by 3 different waitress. Uncompleted, under cooked shrimp still blue and cold, we asked for missing items and a extra plate we never saw to when we were finally leaving. Keep in mind we asked 3 different staff members that we complained to as well as the damn manager which I told was the worst service ever, he didn't ask why nor offered to make it right as so many other places do. I have worked in the restaurant industry for a long time growing up and somethings are not in the control of the waitress but good customer service is represented there first by talking and checking on your tables periodically ask if customers need refills you lie and say food is coming, let me go check on it, hey yall it's on its way. I am one to always tip because I know and today's experience made me want to agree with the so many people I argue tipping with still I tipped and left with an appetite full of disappointment and a clean plate finally brought to our table with our ticket. Still had to wait after paying several minutes for our food we never got, Damn waitress Still brought it out as we were dinning in after knowing we had asked for to go boxes and the ticket and missing food to go as to insult us even more. No matter how busy your business is you make small talk and show your customers that you appreciate them and not leave them unattended as if they are not appreciate.

So I've been going to this location for years, used to be great. Now for the past 2 visits in a month or two it's taken over an hour to get food if I even get it. Avoid this location until they clean house. The bartender is too worried about her boyfriend/ husband than to check on our order and the manger is no where in sight.

Last night on April 1st, a Saturday which is normally busy for the restaurant business but not for this one and I understand why, a group of 6 of us went to Hooters before we went to 7th street. We first ordered a round of drinks and our appetizers as well. Our drinks took 10 minutes to come. So then we ordered our food when we got our drinks and we wondered where our appetizers were. Well after over an hour of waiting, we never got our appetizers and we FINALLY got our food. One of the plates of wings was still drenched in grease and basically uneatable. I asked for a fork and never got that, our friend ordered a drink and got it 20 minutes later, it was just a mess. Most of our table ended up paying whatever they could with cash without even seeing the ticket and my boyfriend and I waited until we got our ticket because we paid with a card and it still took forever to get our ticket because the MANAGER was nowhere to be found. The MANAGER! How?! Shouldn't he be supervising? Obviously he wasn't. We'll just stick to Buffalo Wild Wings for good service and great wings. Oh and BTW, our meal did not get comped for us waiting so long, us never getting our appetizers and the very very poor service. We still paid $50 plus tip for 2 people. Maybe management should be changed, the kitchen should be looked over better and the server we had should be retaught on how to give proper customer service.
