Story

Every day at 8 a.m., we start chopping veggies, soaking beans, and prepping our mesquite-fired grill. Not because we have to, but because we believe in delicious flavors made-to-order, from hand-rolled enchiladas to our sizzling fajitas to guacamole made right at your table. Everything pairs nicely with a grande margarita, and of course, enjoy the always endless chips and salsa.

I love this and the bar lunch crew is always on top of things. Shannon the manager always makes sure we are taken care of and she's always nice and curtious. Emily our server is always I too of her game. Outstanding service with a great crew. That's the reason I keep coming back. Food is always hot and up to par!

I have to ask for napkins and silverware at the bar. It seems like I keep having to ask for things because they aren't given to me. The alcoholic beverages suck. My Starbrrrita tasted like a slushy. I had to pay for 2 Tequila shots that I added to the margarita just to taste the alcohol a little bit. And the Cuba Libra drink tastes bad. The food is good, but the service and drinks have sucked so far!

We went on a Sunday evening and they didn't have too many customers inside, but we were a party of 15. They had plenty of tables for us, but said that they didn't have enough servers working today. They asked if we could wait about 45 minutes meanwhile, smaller parties were going in and getting seated right away. We waited that time outside on the patio, which was soaked from the rain. We wiped the tables and chairs down ourselves without any assistance from the staff. After our 45 minutes had passed, we had to remind them that we were still there and they finally moved us inside, where they had put some tables together for us, but we still had to add some more chairs since they somehow didn't put enough. Once seated, 20 minutes went by without being greeted before a server told us that he was sorry because he didn't know that he'd be our server. He continued doing whatever he was doing and came back 15 minutes later. At this time, we gave him our orders of drinks, appetizers, and entrees since we had so much time to think about what we wanted. He came back with chips & salsa for us then it took another 15 minutes to get our drinks as we saw him and other staff bussing empty tables. We got our drinks, but our appetizers came out later with the food. He got our orders correct and the food was satisfactory since we had gone so long without any food and despite it being cold from them waiting for the complete order instead of bringing it out as it was prepared. Our group stayed in great spirits throughout this horrible experience since we were celebrating a friend's birthday, but I finally lost my composure when I was charged $35 versus my $15 meal. It's supposed to have been corrected. I still haven't mentioned that this was a NBA Finals night and they weren't able to change the televisions to the game for us so we watched from our phones during our 3.5 hours at OTB. I'll stop it here, because we had to just chalk up the rest of the experience as being comical to make any sense of it. This location is poorly managed and is not using its resources properly. I've had some bad visits in the past here, but this was by far the worst and I can't imagine returning at this point.

Outstanding Food and Service. Much appreciated. Not only was the food terrific, Avianna, was more than a "delivery person." She was like a personal chef that showed up and made all our guests comfortable while she quickly helped unload and set up the fixings/food. Thank you for outstanding service and hiring top notch people!

Worst experience ever horrible service when sat at cocktail the bartender waited on me and my son we ordered our food his off the kids menu our food came took 25 minutes the food was good at least mine was that's what my son said. The bartender never came back to check on us or I would have told her that my son's plate was cold everything on it was cold I was Furious I just asked for two to-go boxes in my check and left she never said she was busy she never asked for help all she wanted to do was go home she was ready to get out of there she was not worried about her customers I am a server and she was horrible she needs help she needs to be retrained and she needs to know what customer service is and it's not coming and getting a check and going home it's coming in talking to people meeting interacting and having a good time all in one not a good experience
