Great company and service. I have been dealing with them since I was in junior high school. Recently I moved out of state unexpectedly and Aaron and his crew did a lot of work for me prior to my deadline to leave. Even during some of the busiest times of the year for them they worked on my car in between appts and did everything they could to ensure my vehicle was finished prior to me leaving. I cannot say enough good things about them and their service. I highly recommend them to everyone.

These guys know their stuff. They have a great selection of automotive electronics and car audio. Their prices are competitive and their installers are pros at what they do.

I am a repeat customer and would highly recommend Horizon to anyone.

Don’t waste your time, had to order a 7” monitor for backup camera install on box truck. They can’t fit truck in their garage so waiting until weather is 50 degrees - but when it did hit 50 degrees they had more excuses to delay. The ford dealer just 2 doors up the road offered to allow them to use one of their bays but they said no to that too. Once they take some money from you their friendliness goes out the window. This truck is for use in my business so I’ll be sure to tell anyone I can where not to go. I’ll also make sure the Ford and Chevy dealers in the area know not to send their customers there either.

Had remote start installed in my wife's car.  After the installation, the car would start the moment you turn the key even before it was in the on position.  Called and they asked me to bring it in to check out the car.  The owner left me a vm that the unit was removed (Which it was just unplugged, but not unwired) and the car was still doing it and i needed to take it to a garage to have it checked out.  I gave them the benefit of doubt and installed a new ignition and the car still did it.  I called the manufacturer of the remote start and was told to take my car back to shop and have them relook at it.  I called the owner again and asked for his top installer to look at it.  He said he would call me back.  Shortly after, an installer called me and told me to bring it in.  He fixed it because they had my ignition 1 & 2 wires jumped together and they needed separate power wires and relays to make it work correctly.  So after this third time, it was fixed.  Just feel like the this should have been caught the 1st or 2nd time.  And telling me to take it to a garage to troubleshoot their wiring mistake would have been expensive.
