Had a 10am appointment and waited 3 hrs to get my tires done. After watching them have my hood up on my car for whatever reason they finally do my tires. Then I’m told I need all new brakes and rotors. Never even asked if I experienced any trouble stopping or any weird noises. They wanted $869 for brakes and rotors!!! I may be young but I’m not Naïve. Tires were a nice deal and the inside staff were nice.

Longtime customer, lost my business.  Was told they could ONLY sell me run-flat tires since my car currently had run-flats installed.  Even though the Infiniti dealership confirmed run-flats are NOT required, by any means.  One ill-informed employee can cause you to lose lifetime customers.  Please do better.  I have since found a cheaper installer around the corner in Belden.  Thanks for making my flat tire a more difficult experience than it needed to be.

My recent visit was a slight disaster but they made it right. I have always had get service and do think they are reasonable priced. Oil change is cheaper then a dealership for sure. They usually can squeeze you in too if you are last minute or an emergency. Plus the Firestone card let's you have 6 months no interest and can't beat that with bigger purchases!

WOW I still can't believe this actually took place at Firestone!

I dropped my car off early for an appointment today and was expecting to pick the car up at 11:30AM.  I received a call at 11:00AM because they couldn’t find the key to unlock the tires.  WOW 3 HOURS & NO WORK WAS ACCOMPLISHED!  I was told they looked everywhere (Trunk, location around the spare tire, the glove box…).  I told them to look again, they called back and said there is no key.  I arrived at 12:45 walked in the garage with a Firestone employee, we opened the trunk and he found the key within 2 minutes!  WOW!!!  I was told they would get right to it and I would be on my way soon.  I returned to the lobby made 3 phone calls (10Minutes) turned around to find no one working on my car.  I was told they were having lunch and I would need to wait.  I took my business  to Good Year.

Had an appointment at 2pm. Took an hour just to get my vehicle into a bay. Took an additional hour and fifteen minutes to tell me what was wrong with the vehicle. My work order sat on the desk, but the manager seemed to be really enjoying his Arby’s roast beef sandwich. When he finished his sandwich, I thought, “finally!”...nope...he proceeded to pull out his apple turnover; slowly savoring every bite. “At last!”, I thought. Nope...then he walked off and started hanging out and talking with the guys, as though there was no work to be done. I don’t think I’ll be back there. There just seems to be a pervasive apathetic attitude. I guess it wouldn’t be so bad if it weren’t so damned expensive. The staff gives off the vibe that they can’t be bothered by customers.
