Honestly, I don't know how to explain this school. First of all there is a program called renaissance that recognizes students with good grades. You have to have a 3.5 GPA to get in and there are different levels. The highest level is gold, and we get to get breakfast at IHOP, get ice cream from Culver's, and get out of class to watch a movie. To be in gold you have to have straight A's and then there is black and red. Some of the activities they hold are cool, but some are absolutely stupid (they said we were going to have a tailgate party and gave us hot dogs...that's it). Some of the teachers are okay, but I absolutely can't stand the principle-Mr. Horris. He NEVER smiles and walks with his stomach out...he's a show-off and shouldn't be the principle because he got fired from Evans. 6th grade is OKAY, but the thing that sucks is that if you have band and P.E (P.E. is required to have for a semester) you can't have art or musical theater. You get Ms. Hart for 7th grade humanities, and in her class is hell-ask anyone. The counselor is REALLY nice-Ms. Garza and is like one of the best people in the school. Ms. Hawthorne is the band teacher, and she is super cool and friendly, and Mrs. Ullrich (pronounced Ull-rick) is really cool to. There is a lot of drama and drugs that go around, and I don't  feel safe there. You should definitely not go here, because even with the cool teachers-you are going to hell.

this school is horrible like I don't get how y'all say its amazing like the teachers are rude the principals are stupid and annoying especially mr. Kennedy the conseulors are useless and the people there are annoying like oml don't come to this school like you get in trouble for every little reason even if u didn't do anything again don't go to this school it sucks

The education system is awful. The principal is strict. Don't go here if you love your children

I go here now and the teachers are great and there is a bit of homework...  There are lots of kids yes but still a good school

My best friend was tripped and pushed at this school. At lunch, she was pushed to the ground by a boy that was very big. Lunch has the same food every day, and it's gross too. If you love your children, don't bring them to this school. My friend is a new student, and she should be treated better. Poor Quality, pathetic excuse for a school.
