Don't work for this company I should of known better then to accept a position with a company who's is constantly hiring because of the high turn over they have. James puts you at a place that best fits him because he's scared to look bad if that employee fails. I have 14yrs of Customer Service & Valet experience & this guy puts me at a location where you have no potential for making any money at all because that's what was best for him. When asked to go to a different location because on my potential & experience he said No & was Rude about it. The company doesn't care about the people that work for them. They would rather see somebody leave then try to work something out.

I had the most pleasant experience while dealing with Mike the morning shift supervisor.  He is very friendly and helpful to the guest needs.  The other valets seemed to work very well as a team and had our car up very quickly.  Will use the service again while staying at the Towneplace Suites downtown San Antonio.

The guy that is in charge of the valet stand between the two restaurants  Bonham's & the Palm is one of the rudest individuals that I have encountered. The young men and nice and polite but that other guy has no business dealing with the public. One matter I would mention to the staff is to not bring the cars down with the radio blaring and on a different station than what you left it on.

Would have loved to offer the 5 star review if it hadn't been for one of the employees attacking/accusations as well as demanding behavior I believe his name is Dennis. Everyone else on the team for downtown San Antonio has been great. Thank you so much for your help Matthew he provided great customer service.

Deceptive posted information.  Machine demands money up front in the process and only then presents the terms. No refunds.
