My wife and I are Funko Pop collectors. We especially enjoy visiting this store when Dustin is there. The man is constantly working the Pop wall and is very knowledgeable when it comes to what's there. He is also a good people person who will take the time to research what they have coming in and will tell you when to expect to see them. With other associates you get that "deer in the headlights" look when you ask about Funkos. So it's refreshing to have one who researches his product.

Horrible customer service! One girl asked if I needed help to get something out of the jewelry case. I said yes and I thought she was getting the keys, but went on her lunch break instead and didn't say anything to me. The other girl wouldn't wait a moment for me to find what I wanted before locking the case and walking away.

When I refused to sign up for a rewards card they continued to ask me four more times while I was at the counter to sign up for one and stated it was stupid I didn't want free money while as I continued to check out. Horrible approach to customer service. It was very aggrivating.

I've been shopping at this particular location for over 10 years and watching the service get worse and worse every year. It seems like the staff have no idea what "customer service" is. Usually when I walk in the staff is too busy gossiping or complaining to acknowledge you. When they finally do ask if you need assistnce and you take more th a few seconds to tell them what you need assistance with, they run away and disappear. God forbid you touch that hook to reach something high up when you can't find a free associate for assitance though. They'll let you grab it, take it across the store and just start to pick something up with it before loudly screaming the gender pronoun of their choice as they trot across the store, all the while loudly informing the entire store that "they couldn't allow a non-employee to get things". I'm sure that isn't what this person meant and it was a poor choice of words on their part...but reacting to that level and drawing that much attention is completely unwarranted. They don't even make that loud of a fuss on the rare occassion they actually notice someone stealing from their store.
