I LOVE Torrid. However, the few times I have been to this location, the service has been lackluster. With only 3 changing rooms, I have waited 25 minutes to try on clothes before. They had an actual waiting list of nearly 15 people. That is insane. I barely found my size in stock in any styles. The floor employees were helpful and friendly, but I waited in line for nearly 30+ minutes to check out. I have worked retail for 7 years and I have never seen such horrible check out service. The line wrapped all the way back to the changing rooms and yet the cashiers take 5-8 minutes per customer to complete a sale. No one in line was holding more than 5 items. This location needs taught about efficiency. If you're thinking about coming here, shop online or drive to Indy instead.

I love coming here! Everyone is always so nice and welcoming! The associates always ask if I need any help and do their best to help me find what I'm looking for. Having very low self esteem I always leave this store feeling more confident! I love this store and everyone in it!!

I love Torrid, let me say. But this location is horrid strictly due to the awful service. Every associate at this location refuses to check out customers in a timely manner, nor service customers who are attempting to pay at the register. It will take you at least 15 minutes to pay for your goods and leave even if you're alone in line. In the 11 purchases I have made at this store since it opened, I have had to wait at the register at least 15-20 minutes while associates stared at me at the register to check out. 

What led me to finally review this pathetic location was last night. I stood alone in line while the manager, in front of me and my father, complained to the other two associates about a new associate who called off work. They sorted clothes on the cash wrap and complained in front of me for TEN MINUTES while I stared at them with my products on the cash register. The manager then turns to me and asks "What, can I help you?" 

If you want guaranteed awful service, poor management, and money-grubbing associates who demand you add on more products (yet refuse to let you pay for the dang things), then come to this location. You will be disappointed.

I was looking to do an even exchange and even by multiple dresses in addition. when management refused to do an even exchange exsplained that all they could give me back was what I paid for the dress which means I would have to pay full price for the other dress that I was trying to get exchanded. She said saying is going to look bad on their part if they did an even exchange because the dress that I actually wanted to even exchange was just a few dollars less so not hurting the company. but it's okay to rip off the customer completely and have her pay almost $15 more absolutely makes no sense. disgusting customer service I've never experienced anything like this at the Greenwood location I used to shop here all the time. obviously management has changed and not for the good. I was actually so upset by the situation that I can't even talk anymore to the manager I said you know what I don't want the items took my dress and left the store and yes I did call corporate yes I'm leaving a review everywhere that I can about it because I don't think it's right. as someone who works in the retail industry and works really hard on providing customer service I couldn't believe that I witnessed this happening.
