I would give Little Caesars 5 stars! I ordered three pizzas and one was over done. I called and spoke about the problem to a staff member. He was extremely professional and polite, and asked if I could come back to fix the situation. I did so, and not only did they make a great new pizza, but they apologized and brought it right out seconds after I arrived. A place that has no issues is good, but one that fixes a problem to perfection is even better! I will definitely be coming back! Great job!

Pathic! Called in an order. One pizza & a side order of wings. Arrived to pick it up, no order. (30 mins) Clerk said a couple of minutes! Just coming out of the oven. I noticed everyone checking their orders. After everyone else were taken care of, including two walk-in folks, (now 45 mins) the other clerk asked "have you been taken care of? I explained and he went in the back. When he returned, he said they are cutting it now. I said, how long does it take? He said, sorry the screwed up the order and had to remake it. I other words, the first clerk lied to us. While we waited for the cutting, another customer came in for a multiple order. It was screwed up too. Finally our pizza and wings came out. The wings lacked sauce do it went back to correct One hour after we ordered, we got to leave. When we got home the toppings looked like they were thrown on and the cut was sloppy. You know, everyone has bad day but this establishment is disorganized, ill trained, and inefficient. It seems like a bad trend here that needs addressed. I love to give 5s. But, not today. It will be a while before I go back!

My daughter LOVES Little Caesars so we go pretty often. There's just no way to boycott a place when you've got a picky eater - so no matter how bad, we'll still keep going back. There seems to be a pretty consistent turn over so if you haven't been in a while, you might give them another shot. More than likely there new people working. We got a pizza around March-ish that was old and tasted like the box. And a different time we were asked to wait, so we asked that the guy wave at us in the parking lot when our order was done. Must have been too much to ask because he forgot, and 45 minutes later we went in to ask if it was done, and low and behold, it was. Other than that, we been able to run in, get pizza, and get out with decent service. It's $5 pizza. And my kid eats it. So I'm content with Cove's Little Caesars.

The food is Ok.. facility is clean...some of the youngsters working here...need a lesson in customer service and money handeling...

I am giving them a 1star today. because. I have been going here for many years. Never any problems always good. I had a problem with them recently. I order 2 pizzas 1extra cheese and 1ready to go.I had to wait 20minutes for both. When we started eating I noticed before I took my second bite it had Hair on it melted in with the toppings but was so noticeable I even took pictures of it. When I called and spoke to the manager to tell them how upset and disgusting it was for me. We had to throw them away because nobody would eat it after seeing that.. all he had to say was I'm sorry and then got caught quiet paused didn't say nothing else I had to literally start speaking again and ask him is this all you have to say and he said yes so because of that I wouldn't order from them ever again I didn't even want anything free or the pizzas to be replaced. I don't even want to go there ever again and told him that. He act like he didn't even care like it was nothing check your food before you eat it.... Unprofessional
