I called 8/26 to see if they had a particular armoire & was told by the woman on the phone that they have many of that one. I told her I would be there in the morning with help to pick it up. She even suggested renting a truck at uhaul. I show up in the morning with 4 guys and a truck to find that they only have 1 of these armoires on site and it is moldy & missing a piece of the foot on the front. She tells me they have many more of this same one in another warehouse but the guy working didn't want to go over there. They try to talk me into buying the broken one at a discount but I'm not interested. I suggest that I pay full price for a non-broken one that they can deliver free (due to my trouble) the following week and the woman agrees. I pay that day, 8/27, and get a receipt that says it will be delivered 9/1. I call to confirm the day before. 9/1 rolls around and no delivery. I waited 3 hours. No answer when I call. No call from them. I've left multiple messages and no reply. It is now 9/8 and still no communication from them. They just took my money. I don't understand how this place is in business.

Update:
The owner contacted me after I posted the above and apologized for the miscommunication. I stated that the problem was not miscommunication but that there was no communication after they confirmed the delivery appointment over a week ago. To which he replied "miscommunication or lack of communication". He told me he would refund my payment within the hour. When I asked him if he had the armoire I paid for in stock he said yes they have about 50 of them but because I accused them of theft on social media (the above which was copied to yelp and facebook) they would not honor their agreement to deliver that I had in writing.

Very friendly & extremely helpful. Purchased  a nightstand and I plan on purchasing more furniture.
