My husband and I spent a weekend at Hotel M in July of 2017, and although they were in the process of renovating, this did not take away from our fantastic experience. Our room was spotless, as was the jacuzzi tub, and the pool and hot tub down the hall were functional and clean as well, with towels fully stocked. The inclusive, self-serve breakfast included many options, such as bacon, sausage, eggs, fruits, waffles, and a number of different drinks. And, most importantly, the staff was kind and courteous. We'll be booking with them again this July! 5+ Stars!

Don't stay here this place has bed bugs and is run down and dirty.  My wife and I stayed here April 27 & 28.  Two days later I had numerous bumps on my shoulder and arms, which was obviously bed bug bites that I know I did not get at home.  I checked previous reviews and found one from April 2, some lady said she was bitten by bed bugs at this hotel. I contacted the hotel and asked to talk to the owner and was told he has no direct number I had to email him. I emailed him and heard nothing back, so I called the hotel and the girl at the front desk called him and was told he would give me a 10 percent discount.  This is ridiculous, I get bit up at your bug infested hotel and you offer a 10 percent discount.   Not to mention the dirty pool with milky water, stains on the furniture in the room, we saw a chicken wing in the light in the hallway and parking lot is undrivable due to pot holes. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau!!!

I went here during a huge snow storm. I walked through 2 feet of snow from the road through their parking lot. As I stood in front of the counter for about 15 minutes along with another gentleman at midnight, the guy stood there kept answering the phone and taking reservations over the phone. Finally disgusted because I was in the middle of a snow storm 4 hours away with my wife in the truck with nowhere else to go, I made a comment about "apparently you don't need to physically walk in to make a reservation you can just call ahead and cut ahead of line from the people who are actually standing here". I was then acknowledged of my existence since before I hadn't even received a "hello". I then was then asked what type of room I wanted. It was in the middle of the night in a snow emergency I need anything with a warm room and a place for us to stay. I was made aware that after searching they were all booked up. So the gentleman behind me and I walked out. I slept in my truck in a grocery store parking lot. There's a certain level of humanity involved with an emergency as such, I would have paid to sleep on a couch in a hallway or on the floor of a confrence room. Values and common curiosity must be a hard thing to come by these days.

The place has gotten better since the last time we stayed there.  They did some painting so it looks much cleaner, but more has to be done especially that old carpet in the halls. Other than that its good for an over night stay.

Great little hotel in the Poconos. We have stayed here a few time and have always been satisfied. The beds are very comfortable. The bathroom is roomy and there is always hot water in the shower. The staff is always helpful. This hotel is nicely located close to several great places. For those who want to visit the casino they are both close. It took us five minutes to get to the Kalahari. Also food options are plentiful.
